Betty Jane Bright's Obituary
Betty Jane Bright, 86, of Monongahela, died Thursday, February 9, 2017 in the Monongahela Valley Hospital. She was born August 21, 1930 in Monongahela, the daughter of William and Rose Mary Wietrzykowski Warren.
For over fifty years, Betty Jane was a bar manager throughout the Monongahela and New Eagle area, retiring at age 78. She was known and loved by all she served.
She is survived by two sons, Harry Bright, Jr. and wife Tammy of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Brad Bright and wife Mary Ellen of Knoxville, Tennessee; daughter, Bonnie Bickerton and fiance' Jack Riggle of Elco; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; brother, Fred Warren of Monongahela.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry E. Bright, Sr. who died February 5, 2008.
Betty Jane has requested there be no visitations or funeral service. Her burial will be private. The Frye Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
