Billie Jim Corbin, 74, of New Eagle, died Tuesday, June 16, 2026 in Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital. She was born February 10, 1952 in New Eagle, a daughter of James and Mildred Fine Miller.

Billie was a 1970 graduate of Monongahela High School. She was employed at First National Bank in Washington. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, family, and dog, Fanny.

She is survived by her daughter, Jimmie (Frank "Teeter" Chacko III) Rach, of Donora; granddaughters, Abigail and Emma Rach; niece, Michelle (Chad) Barkey; nephew, James McDuffie; four great nephews, William Crawford, Jonnie McDuffie, Andrew and Mitchell Barkey.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Corbin, Jr.; two sisters, Mary Alice McDuffie, Judy Mallory; nephew, William Wellington.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, July 2, 2026 from 10:30-11 AM in the Frye Funeral Home, 427 W Main Street, Monongahela, where a Memorial Service will begin at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Jude Urso officiating. Inurnment will follow in Monongahela Cemetery, Monongahela.
