Carol Lynn Devers, 69, of Rostraver Township, died Tuesday, November 1, 2022 in the Washington Hospital. She was born May 15, 1953 in New Eagle, the daughter of Dominick R. and Teresa Dorazio Pietroboni.

Carol was a 1971 graduate of Monongahela High School and a member of the former St. Anthony's Parish in Monongahela. Carol had a passion for wine making and owned and operated a winery along with her husband, Jerry, in Sonoma County, California. She was a member of the Enological Society of America.
Carol and Jerry traveled extensively throughout North America, and had resided in California and Oregon. She was an avid photographer and had a love for gardening.

She is survived by her husband of forty one years, Gerald "Jerry" Devers; daughter, Crystal Pasula of Rochester, New York; two brothers and two sisters, Gareth Pietroboni of La Jolla, California, twins, Mark Pietroboni of Greensburg and Lari Anne McIntosh of Monongahela; Mary Donna Magdich of Charlotte, North Carolina; numerous nieces and nephews.

Carol's family is planning on celebrating her life at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Frye Funeral Home.
