Charles Robert Kirlin, 88, of Rostraver Township, died Tuesday, October 28, 2025 in the Jefferson Hospital. He was born July 25, 1937 in Meadowlands, the son of Paul Michael and Sara Anne Ankrom Kirlin.

Charles was a chemist at US Steel and retired with twenty eight years of service. He was a member of the Army National Guard and St. Sebastian Parish in Belle Vernon.

He is survived by two sons, Robert and Donald Kirlin; two grandsons, Josh and Justin Kirlin; siblings, Sally, Barbara, Kathy, Janet and Fr. Bernie.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary, and brothers, Walter and Joseph "Mike".

There will be no visitations at the funeral home.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, October 31, 2025 at 11:30 AM in St. Sebastian Church, 801 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon, PA 15012 with the Rev. Michael Thomas as celebrant. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Monongahela.
