Darla Lee Cintella's Obituary
Darla Lee Cintella, 80, of Monongahela, died Friday, August 3, 2018 in her daughter's home. She was born November 3, 1937 in Monongahela, the daughter of Paul and Dorothy Brown Anders.
A graduate of Monongahela High School, Darla was also a majorette while in high school. She was the bar manager at the formers Turners Club in Monongahela until she became employed at Monongahela Valley Hospital. She first worked in the dietary department and then retired from central supply after nineteen years of employment. Darla was very family oriented and loved camping and boating. Prior to her husband's passing, she and Ron enjoyed being snowbirds, spending six months a year in Florida.
She is survived by two sons, Danny and Greg Cintella, both of Monongahela; daughter, Rhonda Wyvratt of Carroll Township; five grandchildren; one great granddaughter; two sisters-in-law, Virginia Anders of Anaheim, California, Michelle Anders of Frederick, Maryland; numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald R. Cintella who died October 29, 2015; two brothers, Paul and Kerry Anders; sister, Beverly and her husband John Myers; and son-in-law, Michael Wyvratt.
Friends will be received on Friday, August 10, 2018 from 6-7 PM in the Frye Funeral Home Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, where a memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM with the Rev. Mark Woomer officiating.
