Esther A. Kuchera, 97, of Butler, died Thursday, February 17, 2022 in the Butler Hospital. She was born February 29, 1924 in East Monongahela, the daughter of Joseph and Esther Nagy Anthony.

Esther married John "Yank" Kuchera in February of 1946 and moved to Butler thereafter. A homemaker, she loved the Penguins and the Steelers.

She is survived by her daughter, Joyce (Richard) Titus; one grandson; two step grandchildren; three step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John "Yank" Kuchera, who died July 8, 1991; son, Allen Kuchera; sister, Norma Muniz; two brothers, Joseph E. Anthony and Robert Anthony; and nephews.

The family is planning a private service at a later date in the Monongahela Cemetery.
