Frank W. Eckels, II,  54, of Monongahela, died unexpectedly Sunday, October 30, 2022 in Finleyville. He was born July 27, 1968 in New Eagle, the son of the late Frank William "Bill" and Marie Rosensteel Eckels.

Frank was a 1986 graduate of Ringgold High School. He was currently employed at Gardner Denver Nash in Bentleyville. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion James C. Ford Post 949 in Dunkirk and the Slovak Club in Monongahela. Frank loved hunting and riding his Harley Davidson.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce Mauser-Eckels, with whom he celebrated 24 years of marriage on September 26, 2022; daughter, Amy Hilpert of Monongahela; biological father, Bill Eckels and wife Joyce of Monongahela; five sisters, Linda Ostrander of Monongahela, Darla Renk of Monongahela, Tina Porter and husband Brian of Charleroi, Debbie Eckels-Boles and wife Shana of Avella, Billie Sue Eckels of Sanford, Maine; two brothers, David Eckels of Finleyville, John Eckels of Monongahela; numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM in the Frye Funeral Home, Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM in Frye Funeral Home with Rev. Brent Furlong officiating.
