Jack Reginald Taylor, 94, of Monongahela, (Victory Hill), died Wednesday, October 29, 2025 in Dunlevy Manor. He was born September 1, 1931 in Wyano, the son of Reginald and Helen Smith Taylor.

Jack was a member of Journey By Grace Church in Belle Vernon. He was a US Navy veteran having served during the Korean War. He was a retired car salesman having been employed by various car dealerships in the area. Jack was a doting grandfather and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by two sons, Jack (Kerri)Taylor of Delmont, David (Laurie) Taylor of Finleyville; three grandchildren, Tamara Taylor, Lisa (Matthew) Morris, Samantha (Wesley) Dzimiera; four great grandchildren, Eli, Cylvia, Aidan and Adalynn; three sisters, Nancy Smith of Forward Township, Maryalyce Watkins of Monongahela, Susan Fine of Charleroi.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jean Johnson Taylor who died November 2, 2021; sister, Patricia Petrosky; and a brother, Richard Taylor.

Friends will be received on Friday, October 31, 2025 from 2-6 PM in the Frye Funeral Home, Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, where services will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. William Bailey officiating. Interment will follow in Monongahela Cemetery with military honors accorded by the Mon Valley Honor Guard and Firing Squad.
