Jacqueline Carla O'Brien, of Monongahela. Heaven has gained our loss when our precious baby girl was called by our Lord on Thursday, July 14, 2016. Baby Jacqueline came into this world way too soon and was taken from us way too soon. Our angel Jacqueline Carla is being greeted in heaven by her maternal great grandparents, Jacqueline and Carl Lewis and Donald and Sally Harkins; paternal great grandparents, Betty and Alvin "Chick" O'Brien and Thomas Rogers.
Baby Jacqueline is survived by her loving parents, Sean and Sarah O'Brien; maternal grandparents, Jodie and Alan Olszewski, Scott Harkins; paternal grandparents, David A. O'Brien and Barb O'Brien; and great grandmother, Josephine Rogers; Godmother, Mandy Olszewski and Godfather, Kevin Weidman; several aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
