Jeri B. Roman, 81, of Monongahela, died Thursday, March 30, 2023 in the Jefferson Hospital. She was born February 25, 1942 in North Charleroi, the daughter of Michael J. and Mary Talpas Baron.

Jeri was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Monongahela and its choir.

She is survived by her husband, James A. Roman, with whom she celebrated sixty one years of marriage on March 2, 2023; twin sons, Jeffrey Roman and wife Holly of Rostraver Township, Jim Roman and wife Jeanne of Hollidaysburg; daughter, Jennifer Siers and husband Nathan of Peters Township; three grandchildren, Brianne (Justin) Sellew, Kayla (Mike) Roman, Konner Roman; and a great grandson, Roman M. Sellew.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters, Carol Ann Baron and Michele Cope.

Friends will be received on Sunday, April 2, 2023 from 3-7 PM in the Frye Funeral Home, Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, where services will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Jude Urso officiating. Interment will follow in the Monongahela Cemetery.
