Marcy Lynne Capicotto, 54, of Belle Vernon, died Sunday, October 7, 2018 in the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born May 12, 1964 in McKeesport, a daughter of William Blakley of Fairchance and the late Darlene "Lois" Cain Blakley.
Marcy was a graduate of South Allegheny High School, class of 1983. After graduation, she furthered her education at CCAC and earned a degree in medical billing and coding. A homemaker, Marcy loved to bake, shop, watch football, take trips to the mountains and the beach. Her life was centered around her family, especially her son, Ricky. She enjoyed spending time with her great nieces and nephews and her grandpuppy Cole.
She is survived by her husband, Richard I. Capicotto with whom she celebrated 23 years of marriage on September 30, 2018; son, Ricky Capicotto, Jr. at home; brother, William and his wife Denise Blakley, III of Belle Vernon, two sisters, Kelli and her husband Jeff Fine of Newell, Traci Blakley of Uniontown; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Frye Funeral Home Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, where services will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Mark Woomer officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Frye Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses.
