Margaret Lazorka Kasinec, 94, of Monongahela, passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019. She was born in Monongahela on December 22, 1924, a daughter of George and Anna Segursky Lazorka. She was the last of her immediate family.
Margaret graduated from Monongahela High School with the class of 1943 and was a member of St. Damien of Molokai Parish in Monongahela. She was a licensed beautician, a private secretary for US Steel, Irvin Works and a supervisor at Belle Telephone Company in Monongahela.
She married Michael Kasinec of Masontown, who passed August 5, 1991. Her beloved sister, Irene Caprol who passed November 4, 2011 and brother-in-law, Colmen J. Caprol who passed September 15, 2012. Her beloved niece, Renee Caprol who passed February 6, 2002 and nephew John who passed at birth in 1952.
Margaret is survived by many beloved sisters-in-laws, a brother-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins. She loved everyone.
Friends will be received on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 3-7 PM in the Frye Funeral Home Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 9:30 AM in St. Damien of Molokai Church. Committal services and interment will follow in the Monongahela Cemetery.
