Margaret Sukla, 95, of Monongahela, died Saturday, February 12, 2022.
She was born May 3, 1926 in Monessen, the daughter of Michael and Helen Slavic Pavlo.

Margaret was a member of Holy Ghost Byzantine Catholic Church in Charleroi. She was employed at the Monongahela Memorial Hospital in New Eagle as an aide for several years. She loved flowers and enjoyed gardening.

She is survived by two daughters, Mary Ann Hreno of Charleroi, Sheila Sukla and son, John Michael Sukla, both of Monongahela; two grandchildren, Jeffrey Hreno of Charleroi, Lori (Omar) Roman of Texas; great grandson, Alaric Roman of Texas.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Joseph Sukla who died September 12, 1976; two brothers, Michael & George Pavlo; and two sisters, Helen & Elizabeth Pavlo.

Friends will be received on Thursday, February 17, 2022 in the Frye Funeral Home, Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela from 9:30-10:30 AM at which time funeral services will begin with the Rev. Stephen Wahal officiating. Interment will follow in the Monongahela Cemetery.
