Mary L. Restelli, 75, of Monongahela, died Saturday, September 5, 2026 in her home. She was born May 27, 1951 in New Eagle, the daughter of the late Albert and Palmyra Peci Restelli.

Mary was a graduate of Ringgold High School, and later went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne University and a masters degree from Antioch University in Columbia, Maryland. She retired as a psychologist from Washington Mental Health in 2000 with twenty-two years of employment. She was also employed at several private practices over the years.

Mary fought a courageous battle with multiple sclerosis after being diagnosed in her 30s. She faced the disease with strength and grace, never complaining. Mary had a deep faith in God that carried her throughout her life.

She loved being outdoors and living on her property in the country. She enjoyed traveling and going on trips. Mary loved all animals, especially her dogs.

She is survived by her brother, Barry J. (Cheryl) Restelli of Monongahela; two nephews, David Restelli, Matthew (Stephanie) Restelli; friend, Pam Fike.

At the request of the family, services for Mary were private. Interment was in Mount Zion Cemetery, Monongahela. Arrangements were entrusted to the Frye Funeral Home.
