Myrt Reinhard's Obituary
Myrt Reinhard, 75, of New Eagle, died Wednesday, December 6, 2017 in the Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Jefferson Hills. She was born January 24, 1942 in New Eagle, the daughter of Herbert and Romaine Behanna Doenges.
Myrt worked for twenty years as a manager for 7-Eleven Stores, first in New Eagle and then retiring from Eighty Four. She enjoyed watching westerns on television and reading Danielle Steel books. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and her animals.
She is survived by three children, Kimberly Casteel and Kenneth Louttit with whom she resided; Michael Louttit and wife Anita of Murrysville; four grandchildren, Christopher Casteel and wife Stephanie, Alexis Casteel, Cameron and Maya Louttit; two great grandchildren, Aleah and Mikaela Casteel.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Baptist Reinhard who died February 20, 2008 and eight siblings.
Friends will be received on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 5-9 PM in the Frye Funeral Home Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, where services will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Alan Morrison officiating. Interment will follow in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675 or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
