Patricia Ann Story, 75, of Elrama, died Saturday, January 8, 2022 in the Jefferson Hospital. She was born July 23, 1946 in New Eagle, the daughter of George and Catherine Swoger Nakutis.

Pat retired from the housekeeping department at DCK Corporation in Large, where she was employed for over twenty years. She was a member of the Elrama Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Pat enjoyed watching the ION channel on television, going to the casino and taking relaxing car rides.

She is survived by her son, Randy Story and wife Christie of Elrama; daughter, Sherri Story of Monessen; three grandchildren, Deanna, Leanna and Jacob; best friend, Judy Williams of Dravosburg; and her furbabies, Miss Queenie Emily and Tazi.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas J. Story who died Nov. 2, 1997; sister, Betty Bruce; and four brothers, Tom, Bill, George and James Nakutis.

Friends will be received on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Frye Funeral Home Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, where services will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Jude Urso officiating. Interment will follow in the Monongahela Cemetery.
