Ronald M. Palmintera, 79, of Charleroi, Pennsylvania and Kissimmee, Florida, died Saturday, July 4, 2026 in Pittsburgh. He was born March 23, 1947 in Monessen, the son of Ross and Mary Peloso Palmintera.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, family member, and friend who touched the lives of so many. For nearly 56 years, he and Rita built a life together filled with love, devotion, and countless memories that will never be forgotten.

He is survived by his wife, Rita (Sinchak) Palmintera, with whom he would have celebrated 56 years of marriage on July 18, 2026; two daughters, Tina (John) McGillivray of Sikeston, Missouri, Tracie Zimmerman of Charleroi; two grandchildren, Blake (Jenny) Pobst, Allie Zimmerman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Janice (Daniel) Ondulick.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM at St. Andrew the Apostle Parish in Charleroi with Rev. Gerald Mikonis as celebrant.
