Sharon Ann  Zeh, 74, of Monongahela, died Saturday, October 21, 2017 in her home. She was born January 2, 1943 in Charleroi, the daughter of Robert and Georgianna Winfield Dean.
In her younger years Sharon was a teacher at the Monessen High School and later was employed at the State Correctional Institution in Greene County as a nurse. Her last place of employment was at H&R Block in Monongahela. She loved to sew and had taught sewing classes for several years in Monongahela.  She was a member of  the First United Methodist Church in Monongahela, and was one of the first advocates of animal rescue in our area to help prevent the cruelty to animals.
She is survived by her son, George W. Zeh of Monongahela; stepson, James Zeh and wife Linda of Monongahela; stepdaughter, Vicki Zeh and her seven adopted children of Pittsburgh; brother, Robert Dean and wife Charlotte of Roscoe.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Zeh.
The Frye Funeral Home Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela was in charge of the arrangements.
