Tina Revetta Shearer's Obituary
Tina Marie Revetta Shearer, 57, of Monessen, died Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in her home. She was born November 17, 1959 in New Eagle, the daughter of Joseph "Smokey" Revetta who died September 11, 1991 and Betty Wentz Davis Revetta who survives and resides in Monessen.
Tina was a graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School and had attended Robert Morris Business School in Pittsburgh. For several years, she was employed as a secretary at Beckwith Machinery Company in Murrysville, until she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Tina has suffered from this debilitating disease for the past twenty three years.
Left to cherish her memory, in addition to her mother, is her sister, Pat Bartok of Jefferson Hills; niece, Deanne Vasquez; and two nephews, Alex DeRosa and Scott Davis.
Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Shearer who died 2011; brother, Charles "Chops" Davis who died October 29, 1993; and nephew, Keith Davis who died June 23, 2002.
Friends will be received on Friday, April 28, 2017 from 11:00 AM until noon in the Frye Funeral Home Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, where services will be held at noon. Interment will follow in the Monongahela Cemetery.
