William Ray Coulter, 37, of Monongahela (Forward Township), died unexpectedly Sunday, October 20, 2019 in the Washington Hospital. He was born February 17, 1982 in Wheeling, West Virginia, the son of Thomas C. and Beverly Miller Coulter who survive and reside in Monongahela.
Bill was a Ringgold High School graduate, class of 2000. He enjoyed traveling, being outdoors and was very artistically talented. Bill was a kind hearted man who would do anything for anyone who needed his assistance.
In addition to his parents, Bill is survived by two sons, Tyler and Riley Coulter of Forward Township; two brothers, Thomas (Maggie) Coulter, Jr. of Douglasville, Georgia, Matthew Coulter of Monongahela; maternal grandparents, Arthur "Jr." and Virgie Miller of Weirton, West Virginia; nephew, Logan Coulter; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Marion and Fay Coulter.
Friends will be received on Thursday, October 24, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Frye Funeral Home Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, where services will be held on Friday, October 25, 2019 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. William Bailey officiating. Interment will follow in the Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth.
